Gay web series hunting season
HUNTING SEASON is an independent online TV series tracking that follows Alex and his friends as they make their way through the dating and professional worlds of New York City. Alex starts a secret sex blog when he becomes single in an attempt to produce sense of his unreal experiences and uses it to gain some perspective and figure out what he really wants.
Season ONE is 8 ten-minute episodes, which was originally publish on LogoTV.com.
Season TWO is 4 half-hour episodes, funded entirely by fans on Kickstarter, and premiered exclusively on Vimeo on Demand.

In January 2016, Out named Alex as one of its “30 Most Eligible Gay TV Characters”, after previously naming star Ben Baur to its Out100 list in 2015.

HUNTING SEASON is a new smash hit comedy series based on the funny and painfully honest blog of ALEX, a single gay 20-something in Manhattan, a smart and successful blogger at Gawker by day, who turns the spotlight on himself and his friends and starts anonymously writing about his social life. “Hunting Season” Puts Gay Sex (and Relationships) in the City
There’s a new webseries causing a stir (and not just in that region below your belt). It’s been referred to as the gay Sex and the City, and that’s an apt comparison considering that Hunting Season focuses on a gay blogger dealing with sex, the city of New York and his three leading friends.
That blogger is Alex (Ben Baur, whose voiceovers for the show are far more nuanced than Carrie’s), a young 20-something who finds dating in NYC to be a difficult task, although hooking up with guys comes easily. Cruising comes easily for Tommy (Marc Sinoway) as well, who has mastered the art of using and losing guys. Nick (Gayby’s Jack Ferver) is the “older” guy of the group who is actually looking for a relationship—a seeming rarity for Manhattan gays. Lastly, there is prudish TJ (Jake Manabat), the guy in a long-term association that seems to be headed for disaster.
If these characters sound like longstanding clichés, that’s probably because they are. Any fan of SATC could easily deduce which of the girls they match up with. But as we all know, stereotypes are based in fact; and the fact is, it is easy

Hunting Seasson je nova TV serija koja je počela sa objavljivanjem u septembru ove godine na LOGO.TV. Na žalost nije dostupna za gledaoce izvan US, ali mislim da je većina korisnika već naučila da se izbori za svoja prava da može da pogleda besplatno ono što besplatno može da pogleda i neko iz US ili Canade.
Radi se o blogovskoj gay priči 20-godišnjeg Alexa, koji kao i svaki prosječan peder upada u razne gejevske situacije tražeći nekog sa kim bi mogao biti u vezi. Al kao i uvjek do veze se dolazi preko mnogo seksa i eksperimentisanja šta vam paše, a šta ne. Pa tako i Alex. Za momke od 20 godina nije neobično niti nešto čemu treba zamjeriti. Bolje da se tada dobro izjebu i iskuse dobre i loše strane promiskuiteta nego da ih to uhvati u kasnijem dobu pa da izgledaju kao nedozreli pederi.Inače serija obiluje seksom i golotinjim pa kome prijaju takve priče sigurno će uživati.
