At the beginning of the s, the German lgbtq+ and lesbian movement emerged around universities and colleges. The first gay trainee groups were founded in Bochum, Münster and West Berlin. The first demonstration for gay rights took place in in the university town of Münster. A good ten years later, the gay department was also formed at the University of Düsseldorf.

Das Gespräch führten Henriette Gunkel und Katrin Köppert mit Tuli Mekondjo, Luka Mukhavele, Frederike Moormann und Angelika Waniek. Sie sind Teil eines losen Künstler*innenkollektivs, dessen Auseinandersetzung sich von der Kommunikation mit Ahn*innen über die Beteiligung deutscher Großunternehmen am Genozid in Namibia bis zur gegenwärtigen Satellitentechnologie erstreckt
